Warranty, Return and Cancellation Policy

Warranty conditions;

All products sold on our website are under the guarantee of our company for at least 1 year against workmanship, design and material defects.
Products that fail within the warranty period are repaired by us and returned to our customers as soon as possible.
Malfunctions caused by user errors are not covered by the warranty. Examples of user errors include, but are not limited to, the following:
a) Cleaning and washing the product in accordance with the specified washing instructions.
b) Physical damage to the product (friction, drop, etc.).
c) The originality is deteriorated when attempting to repair the product.
d) The originality is deteriorated during cleaning of anything spilled on the product.


Return Conditions;

If you want to return the product you have ordered for any reason after receiving it, you need to do the following:
You can send us your return request and product related problem from the contact form within 7 (seven) days after the order is received. In addition, by clicking the Cancel button in the My Orders section is not sufficient to send us the return form. We request that you return the item within 7 (seven) days of delivery. We are unable to accept refunds in cases exceeding 7 days.
You must return the product to the correct address with the order number with the invoice received in full and the package is not damaged, unused or damaged as a result of usage error.
If the invoice of the product has been issued on behalf of the corporate identity (Company) which has not been issued on behalf of the person, you must send it with a "REFUND INVOICE" issued by the Company for the return process, which has been issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT" without including the cargo share. Please note that we are unable to accept Product Returns unless the "RETURN INVOICE" is issued.

As you received the product, the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be included in the package you returned to us in a complete and undamaged manner.
You must send the returned product directly to us by the courier company that brought it to you as a counter-payment. If you send with a different company, we would like you to know that the shipping cost is paid by the sender. Our company has the right to cut the shipping fee from the return price for the products sent with different shipping company
The shipping fee of all return shipments belongs to our company within the conditions described above. If the product you wish to return is defective, your refund will be returned to your account in installments, if it is in installments, as it was withdrawn from your credit card from the moment it was approved.

After the return transaction is approved, we will inform you by e-mail about the status of your return and refund the product price. Depending on your bank's processes and practices, it may take an average of two to three weeks for your credit card to be returned to your statement. This process is a special application of each bank, our company does not have any right to intervene in this process. You can get detailed information from your bank about the delay in reflection on your credit card statement.


Cancellation Policy;

Check your order on the 'My Account' tab on your home page. If your order is not in the ya Shipped ”status, you can cancel your order. You can contact us from the Communication Department to send your request or send an e-mail.


Return Procedures Other than Right of Withdrawal;

Consumers' Right of Withdrawal without Reason sadece applies only to the purchase of products for which a return request has been reported within 7 (seven) days of the said purchase. Refunds are not acceptable for periods exceeding 7 days. If you believe that there is a production defect and you want to return the products within 1 (one) month following the date of delivery you can notify us within 7 (seven) days. In this case, we initiate a process that determines whether the product can be returned by having your complaint examined in the relevant sections of our company. However, we are unable to give a clear time for the review period. If your refund is approved as a result of the review, the product price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your credit card under the conditions stated above. If the reason for the problem in the product is determined as usage error, the product will be sent to your account as paid.
